Meetings and conferences are essential to so many industries, and whilst Zoom and Teams have stepped in this past year to make them more accessible we are now able to start meeting up in person. At Hickstead we want to help facilitate your next meeting in the safest and most efficient way possible. With 5 different meeting spaces to suit groups from 2-250 (30 people max in line with current government guidelines - 17th May) we have something to suit everyone's needs.
The Atrium - This space is great for smaller more intimate meetings, with neutral décor and big open windows this space is bright and suitable for all types of meetings.
The Beethoven - This space is extremely versatile with the bifold windows overlooking our international arena and our newly refurbished bar, perfect for serving refreshments to you and your guests.
The Al Shira'aa Suite - Again this space benefits from bifold doors overlooking our international arena. We are able to transform this space to the style of event you are looking for, theatre style, cabaret, boardroom, etc. We can also set up the room with a projector and screen for presentations to help you in your meeting.
The Masters' Box - This room is steeped in history and has original décor from when it was first built and frequented by the royals and elite visiting Hickstead for the day. It is home to a large wooden boardroom table that seats 20 people.
The Members' Restaurant - Our largest space is a great option if you require more room. Overlooking the international arena and attached to The Beethoven suite, the possibilities for this space are endless.
