How do I get to the Showground?

The address for the showground is The All England Jumping Course, Sayers Common, Hassocks, West Sussex, BN6 9NS.  See us on Google Maps.  The surrounding area will also be sign posted for the event.

From the north - Post Code BN6 9NS

Travel south on the A23 past the Burgess Hill / Hickstead Village turn-off. Take the next exit sign posted the B2118 and bear right over the fly-over. Take the third exit off the roundabout. The entrance to the showground is approximately 100 metres on the left.

From the south - Post Code BN6 9NS

Leave the A23 at the junction marked B2117 to Hurstpierpoint. At the top of the slip road turn left. After 200 metres turn right on the B2118. Follow the B2118 for approximately 2.5 miles. The entrance to the showground is approximately 100 metres on the left, after the third roundabout.

Does my hospitality booking include admission to the showground?

Bookings for The Al Shira'aa Suite and  VIP Boxes include your admission and car parking. Other hospitality bookings do not. Please purchase these and have them ready before arriving at the showground, tickets can be purchased here.

 

Can I add guests to my booking?

We will do everything we can to accommodate these requests, please email.

 

My guest has a dietary requirement, do I need to tell someone prior to attending?

Yes, please email with the full name on the booking and all dietary requirements. 

 

Will I receive hospitality tickets for my booking? 

We will check you in at the hospitality reception upon your arrival. You do not need to print anything off, all we require is the name on your booking.
